Artist Eligibility
Open to all LPAPA members in good standing. Every LPAPA artist who enters has a guaranteed acceptance of one piece minimum. Additional accepted pieces, not to exceed three total, to be decided by jurors.

Art Entry Eligibility
• Open to all subject matter and mediums started in plein air and not conceptualized in the studio.
• Entries must not violate copyright laws.
• Entries must be original and executed within the last 2 years w/o instructor supervision.
• Minimum unframed size not less than 16 United Inches ( united inches = height + width; e.g. 8 x 8 Maximum unframed size not to exceed 22 United Inches (united inches = height + width; e.g. 10 x 12, 10 x 10)
• All work must be ready to exhibit

Nature of Entries:
• Digital images submitted online. All painting images for the Juried Show are to be entered ONLINE at: www.OnlineJuriedShows.com between April 4, 2011 thru April 25, 2011.

Images entered WITHOUT a received mailed Entry Form with fees by the DEADLINE of April 25, 2011 WILL NOT be juried.
Juried RESULTS will be emailed to artists by May 4, 2011. Delivery Instructions of JURIED IN paintings will be attached to that RESULT e-mail.
• Participants may submit up to 5 digital images of professional quality, with a guarantee of minimum 1 – 3 accepted for entry into show.
• Identify each image with a title, size, price
Digital Image Specs
All painting images for the Juried Show are to be entered ONLINE at www.OnlineJuriedShows.com between April 4, 2011 thru April 25, 2011. You may enter up to 5 images. Image entry questions should be sent to:

Digital Image Specifications:
• Your image MUST be a JPEG with a filename ending in “.jpg”
• Image size must be 1920x1920pixels at 72dpi. – A square black image with your image placed inside of it. A How-To and help page can be found here: www.onlinejuriedshows.com/help.aspx
This website has a tool to resize your image(s) for you. It is found by clicking on “Artists” then “Resize an Image”. There is no fee for using this website.

Sales:
• Work must be FOR SALE and priced with intent to sell.
• 50% to the artist.
• 25% commission going to LPAPA
• 25% commission going to Randy Higbee Gallery
Fees for Shipped Work:
• Artist is responsible for shipping charges of work to and from exhibit.
• Work can be hand delivered or shipped to:

• Although the utmost care will be taken in handling artwork, neither LPAPA or its representatives will be responsible for damage or loss from any cause
• Artists outside of the southern California area can have their artwork delivered to the Randy Higbee Gallery and the gallery will choose an appropriate frame for the show. There will be a $5.00 service fee payable to Randy Higbee Gallery. If the artwork sells the cost of the frame will be deducted from the sale price, if the work does not sell it will be removed and shipped back unframed at the artist’s expense.
NOTE: It is the obligation of the artists accepted in the show to be sure their work is available and for sale.
