Art Entry Eligibility
• Open to all subject matter and mediums started in plein air and not conceptualized in the studio.
• Entries must not violate copyright laws.
• Entries must be original and executed within the last 2 years w/o instructor supervision.
• Maximum unframed size 16” x 20”
• Minimum unframed size 8” x 10”
• All work must be ready to exhibit
Nature of Entry
• Digital images submitted online. All painting images for the Juried Show are to be entered ONLINE at www.onlinejuriedshows.com between May 18 – June 22, 2010.

Images entered WITHOUT a received mailed Entry Form with fees by the DEADLINE of June 22, 2010 will NOT be juried.
Juried RESULTS will be emailed to artists by June 29.
Delivery Instructions of JURIED IN paintings will be attached to that RESULT e-mail.
• Submit 3 images of professional quality
• Identify each image with a title, size, price
Include the following in your envelope:
• Receipt Copy of Online Jurying Service Entry
• Entry fee check for $40.00
• Completed entry form

Sales
• Work must be FOR SALE and priced with intent to sell.
• 50% to the artist.
• 25% commission going to LPAPA
25% commission going to The Esther Wells Collection
Fees of Shipped Work
• Artist is responsible for shipping charges of work to and from exhibit.

NOTE: It is the obligation of the artists accepted in the show to be sure their work is available and for sale.

7/12 Deadline for all shipped artwork
7/17 Opening reception 4:00 to 8:00 pm. Awards Ceremony 6:00 pm
7/25 Last day of exhibit.
7/26 Pick up art 12 noon to 3:00 pm.
